 A little note  about me...

Before I started to compete, I was like the average young woman. Sports in School, Dance/Drill Team during half times at the big games, and being really bored after school ended.

 

My dear sister, Sandy Grant, took me under her wings and showed me the ropes at the local gym and thus put me on my current path.

 

Training is my Passion. Period.

 

I’ve been on both sides of Fitness. Incredibly unhealthy with high body fat %, and on stage looking and feeling the best I’ve ever been.

I Have been with alot of trainers in my quest to compete. Some were wonderful, others I did not mesh well with in the long run. Everyone is different, and that's the best thing. I would not trade my time with those trainers for anything, because i learned so much about the sport and about how I value training.
 

I hope that with my experiences, I can lead you to YOUR Fitness path and give you the tools necessary to continue on, so you in turn, can pass the gift of fitness.
 
I am an intense trainer that get's in your business. I want to make sure that we identify bad habits and nip them in the bud! you spend an hour a day with me and you're on your own for the rest of the 23 hours of the day, and hopefully, with encouragement, you make those good choices and constantly strive for success
